1. Who is responsible

The data controller for azani.co.uk ("Azani", "we") is Ghenciu Digital LLC, registered in the Republic of Moldova (IDNO 1021600034782), 65 Stefan the Great Boulevard, Office 408, Chisinau MD-2001, Moldova. You can reach us at hello@azani.co.uk.

2. The short version

Your account, coins, history and preferences are created and kept in your own browser, on your own device. They are not sent to us. We use no analytics, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. The only personal data that reaches our server is what you choose to send through the contact form or by email.

3. What stays on your device

• Your account: screen name, email address, date of birth, region, a salted hash of your password and of your recovery code (never the password itself).
• Your play: Sun Coins, level, tier, favourites, recently played games, round history, errands, rewards and any break you have set.
• Your choices: the age confirmation, your storage choice and, if you allow it, small preferences such as sound.

We cannot see this information. You can download it as a file or delete it from My account, or by clearing site data in your browser.

4. What reaches our server

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, topic and message, and keep a short-lived record of your IP address to stop abuse. Like any website, our hosting may also record standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested and browser type) for security.

5. Why we use it

Contact messages are used to reply to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering questions about our service. Server logs and anti-abuse records are used to keep the site secure, also on the basis of legitimate interests. Your date of birth is checked on your device to make sure only adults join.

6. How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends, then deleted. Anti-abuse records expire within 24 hours. Data on your device stays until you delete it.

7. Sharing

We do not sell or share your data for advertising. We use a hosting provider to run the site; it processes data only on our instructions. Because we are established in the Republic of Moldova, contact messages you send us are handled there; we protect them with the same care this notice describes. We would disclose information only if the law required it.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email hello@azani.co.uk; we will answer within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

9. Children

Azani is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you think a child has contacted us, tell us and we will delete the message.

10. Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this notice and the date above.
