1. About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses azani.co.uk ("Azani", "we", "us"). Azani is provided by Ghenciu Digital LLC, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova (IDNO 1021600034782) with its registered office at 65 Stefan the Great Boulevard, Office 408, Chisinau MD-2001, Moldova. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it. They sit alongside our Privacy notice and Cookies & storage policy.

2. Who can use Azani

Azani is for adults aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. By joining you confirm that you meet both conditions. Azani is a social casino for entertainment only: there is no real money play, no in-app purchases and no prizes of monetary value. It is not a gambling service and does not offer gambling.

3. Your account

Your account is created and stored in your own browser on your own device. You are responsible for keeping your password and recovery code private. One account per person, please. Because we do not hold your account, we cannot restore it if it is deleted, if site data is cleared, or if both password and recovery code are lost.

4. Sun Coins

Sun Coins are a virtual play currency. They have no cash value, are not your property, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for money, goods, services or anything else of value, on or off the site. We give them out free — as a welcome purse, through rewards, errands and levels, and through the free refill — and we may adjust balances to correct errors. Practice credits used in demo mode follow the same rules and are not saved.

5. Games and results

Game results are generated in your browser by its cryptographic random number generator and settled against the paytable shown in each game. If a fault causes a result that does not match the paytable, we may correct the affected balance. Playing or success at social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

6. Fair use

Please do not use bots, scripts or automation to play, do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the site's security, and do not use Azani to harass anyone. Screen names must not be offensive or impersonate other people. We may block access from devices that break these rules.

7. Breaks and closing your account

You can pause your account from My account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months; a break cannot be ended early. You can delete your account at any time from My account, which removes it from your device permanently. We may withdraw Azani or any game at any time; because nothing on the site has monetary value, no compensation is due if we do.

8. Our content

The games, artwork, text, design and code of Azani belong to us or are used with permission. You may use them to play on the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, republish or sell them.

9. Liability

Azani is provided free and "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site before it applies.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and the mandatory consumer protections of where you live still apply.
